VPN linux distribution for wireless broadband router
Hi,
I am just wondering if someone can provide me advice. My ISP would provide me a private IP rather than a public. That's the reason why I wanted to shift to another provider who can provide me a public IP address. I have already talked to other providers and they told me that they will be able to provide me with a public IP address but it's dynamic (which means, I will be assigned with a different IP address everytime I plugged in my wireless broadband router). What I wanted to do is to establish a VPN tunnel so I can access my router whenever I am. Is there a linux distribution for routers like this one? I am also thinking that since the public IP address is dynamic, it would be great if there is a a support for dynamic DNS so it will be able to know what IP address it has right now. That way, I wouldn't have to ask someone in reach of my home router to provide me with the current IP address it has. Hope someone have tried this already.
I wanted to access clients connected to that router and be able to watch my favorite TV shows using the slingbox. Thanks a lot.
