Voiceone / Asterisk - extentions not put into database ?

Hey everyone.

I'm experimenting with asterisk and I'm very enthousiastic !

I've set up Asterisk 1.4.21 on Debian Lenny.
I've setup voiceone which is using a mysql (5) Database, according to the howto.

Now when in Voiceone I add an IAX extension, the table extensions_table remains empty.

So I've added some extension record by hand like this
id context exten priority app appdata
1 default 1111 1 Dial IAX2/jaap@jaap|20
2 default 1111 2 VoiceMail 9393@default
3 default 1111 3 PlayBack vm-goodbye
4 default 1111 4 HangUp

and it works, I can register with my softphone.

Now I'd like Voiceone to enter these entries in the DB.
Any thoughts ?
