VNC problem


I installed a tightvnc-server-1.2.8.1.i386.rpm into my Redhat Linux Advanced Server, I run vnc by vncserver command, when i try to login by usinf IE from WinXP Pro, the screen display is black colour with a cross mouse pointer, nothing else can be seen, what had I missed?

you need to specify a window manager in ~.vnc/xstartup

it's all in the docs... ;-)
