VNC at BOOT!

I have a Mandrake 10 setup acting as a File server for us at our humble workplace... We love it and as the IT guy, I love it...

Regardles... unlike BillGatesWare, I have to start RBFDrake or TightVNC to wait for a connection from our BillGatesWare Workstations...

PROBLEM, I do not want to START VNC all the time.. I want to set VNC to start at boot in Linux... TightVNC doesn;t have a server, but RBFDrake does... I also tryed x11vnc and it works, but it requires a command window to be open at all times while it connects...

There has GOT to be a way to do this...
