Question VMware player problem, no headers found

Hi, I've been working on this problem for two nights, googled a lot, but still no luck.

I'm working on Fedora 14, here's my kernel version
Code:
[root@terran /]# uname -r
2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64
and I've booted from this kernel, I've installed the same kernel-headers:
Code:
[root@terran /]# yum install kernel-headers
....
Package kernel-headers-2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
then I downloaded the latest VMware Player from http://www.vmware.com/
install it, and open it, then this dialog appears:
I've tried all the possible path for kernel-headers:
PHP Code:
/lib/modules/2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64/build/include
/
lib/modules/2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64/build
/lib/modules/2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64
/usr/src/kernels/2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64/include
/
usr/src/kernels/2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64
/usr/src/kernels
but it always says:
clilck to see the error information

Thanks for reading this, any suggestion is appreciated.

Try this (as root):
Quote:
ln -s /usr/src/kernels/2.6.35.12-88.fc14.x86_64 /usr/src/linux
Stupid vmware-config.pl expects the headers in "/usr/src/linux" instead of "/usr/src/kernels"...

Here's a great, great article that might help with any other problems you might encounter:
