VLC missing dependencies
Hi, I'm trying to install vlc on my Fedora6, but whenever I try to install I keep getting missing dependency errors:

well this is one of the basic problem faced while installing any packages...Package dependency. Either you have got a VLC package which is looking for packages newer than the version of packages that you have installed or you have not these packages installed on your machine from your FC6 CDs. The best option if you have internet connection: add a yum/apt repository which will autmatiaclly get these packages for you. do not have internet connection: get the VLC package w.r.t to FC6 packages. regards |
