VLC Installation
 

Hello,

I am trying to install the VLC player, but when I want to build VLC with the 'make' command, I get the following error:

I installed and compiled ffmpeg correctly, I think. I namely used the YaST Control Center for installing ffmpeg. Operating system is Suse 10.0

Does somebody know what to do?

Why aren´t you using the precompiled RPM?

I've been looking to install VLC too. There are no SuSE 10 compatible RPM's available that I've been able to find.
