VLC compilie error

I'm working in a monitoring software and will use vlc as core.
I'm trying to compile configured as showed above and have the following error:

That's all OK. I don't have libgthread-2.0.la.
The question is:
Where do I find it?
I try google and nothing.
Should somebody help me?
