virtualbox not work when kernel bring up to date

When the kernel is brought up to date to 2.6.22.12-0.1 release in openSUSE 10.3, VirtualBox not works. It returns:

Code:
VirtualBox kernel driver not installed. The vboxdrv kernel module was either not loaded or /dev/vboxdrv was not created for some reason. Re-setup the kernel module by executing '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' as root.
VBox status code: -1908 (VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED).

Result Code:
0x80004005
Component:
Console
Interface:
IConsole {1dea5c4b-0753-4193-b909-22330f64ec45}
If I execute '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' returns:

Code:
Stopping VirtualBox kernel module done
Recompiling VirtualBox kernel module done
Starting VirtualBox kernel module FATAL: Error inserting vboxdrv (/lib/modules/2.6.22.12-0.1-default/misc/vboxdrv.ko): Invalid argument
                                                                     failed
(modprobe vboxdrv failed)
Someone can help me?

I had the same thing until I updated my VirtualBox-kernel to one that matched my current running kernel version.

solved

Mysterious, initiating with nmi_watchdog=0 in the boot I have been able to recompile the Virtualbox-kernel. I believe that the solution was to descending the release of the kernel-source to the initial of the system 2.6.22.5.

I will see that happen if the kernel-source is brought up to date again...
