Virtual sound output device?

I want to turn the audio coming from the Adobe Air Pandora player into a shoutcast stream using Icecast and Ices. The problem is that my server doesn't have a sound device at all, and Pandora Air won't start playing if it can't connect to an output service (tested by plugining in my USB soundblaster and hearing sound).

I'm hoping there's a way to create a virtual sound output system that pandora will play to and will allow Ices to listen to.

Just in case you're wondering why I want to do this, I'm hoping that I can create a streaming MP3 of Pandora to share to my XBOX 360. I already know that I can easily control Pandora via X Forwarding.
