viewing private webcam pics while in IM chat

Last night a friend of mine tried to talk to me on her webcam in Yahoo's Ymessenger. I went to accept her invite but there was no options to view webcams in gaim for any of my IM screen names. Just wondering if there was a way to view a webcam inside an IM chat session.
