View TIFF files in Firefox?

The US Patent Office uses embeded TIFF images to display scans of the patent diagrams. Does anyone know if there is some way to view these TIFF files within Firefox? The best I could do was save them to my hard drive, then use ImageMagick to open them, which takes a long time when I want to look through lots of patents quickly.
