This is a VERY broad question - are there any specifics you need to know about? As for software to accomplish this task, take a look at Gnomemeeting.

Thanks alot for that SITE...specifically i need to know how to configure the server side of video conferencing....GnomeMeeting is somelike a NetMeeting in Microsoft....

If you can help me...then thanks once again...hehehe..
