which soft is better to use for video conference

I have an aim to build up a system for video conferences with MCU.
In my region people usually use xDSL technology for the internet acess.
and i decided to use H323 protocol, but I don't know which soft is better for video conference MCU server. I want to provide e-learning.
Can you recommend me some?
What about stability of such programming products?
