Question Video Capturing with Mandrake

I just installed an ATI All-in-Wonder 9000 video card. Drivers are installed. Games are so much faster now, but I bought the video card so I could digitize some video tapes.

What program(s) do I need to capture video?

I had to install windoz just to do some video capturing, but I want to do it with Linux. Thanx for any assistance.

I don't know about the video capturing itself, but for editing videos when you've captured them, there is a good app called kdenlive.

Yes, I have seen that and was really hoping it would also capture video, BUT nooooo. I will definately be using kednlive once I can capture some video.
