vgetty mailbox

I've searched the internet on vgetty and if I've learned one thing it's there there in very little documentation on the software...

I'm trying to set up a answering machine for my company here it's very small we only have 3 people... and the question that I can't find the answer to is...
Can I have multiple incoming message mailboxes? I would like a main greeting that just tells them what button to push to leave a message for what person... and then if possible a personal greeting for that person.

Is this even possible? I would like to find out before I spend to much time getting vgetty set up I hear not a small thing to do...

about vgetty and modems.

I know this is probably a little late, and you probably found your solution. But for anyone to see, i always hear linux is VERY compatible with external serial modems. So your best bet is one of those. The internal 56k modems usually are very made for windows and some dont fully work in linux. Best thing to do is look at a compability list, but external modems are safe to get. and their cheap too, maybe $20.
