VFS: Error -5 occured while creating quota


HI~~
I get the messages as follow:

Jun 17 09:05:02 ms1 kernel: VFS: Inserting already present quota entry (block 63).
Jun 17 09:05:02 ms1 kernel: VFS: Error -5 occured while creating quota.
Jun 17 09:05:45 ms1 kernel: VFS: Inserting already present quota entry (block 63).
Jun 17 09:05:45 ms1 kernel: VFS: Error -5 occured while creating quota.
Jun 17 09:05:47 ms1 kernel: VFS: Inserting already present quota entry (block 64).
Jun 17 09:05:47 ms1 kernel: VFS: Error -5 occured while creating quota.

can any one tell me what does it mean??
