None: the command to execute simply is 'yum install httpd'.

UnSpawn is correct about just using yum - that way you'll get the correct version.

FWIW Centos went to 6.7 in Aug https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CentOS#CentOS_releases, so a "yum update" (without specifying a particular pkg) will bring you up to that version.

Here is what I get

[root@CentOS65x64 ~]# yum install httpd
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit, security
Setting up Install Process
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: centos.01link.hk
* extras: centos.01link.hk
* updates: centos.01link.hk
base | 3.7 kB 00:00
extras | 3.4 kB 00:00
updates | 3.4 kB 00:00
Package httpd-2.2.15-47.el6.centos.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
[root@CentOS65x64 ~]#

but why do I get this?

Is it running
Code:
# chkconfig --list |grep http
httpd          	0:off	1:off	2:off	3:off	4:off	5:off	6:off

# service httpd status
httpd is stopped
If it is, check firewall
Code:
iptables -nvL

Use the chkconfig cmd - see the man page.http://linux.die.net/man/8/chkconfig and/or google for an example
