Utility to scrub free space on a disk?
 

I need to scrub the free space on my hard drive.

I do not want to delete any of my data, but i need to make sure that some data i previously had on there is completely unrecoverable.

I've looked around for a utility to do this and have found nothing. Does anyone know of one?

I'm running RH9, Kernel 2.6.5, ext3 file system
