/usr/local/bin/modem_run ==>can't find that file

Yooo,
i'm installing an USB-modem on Mandrake 10.0.
I've found an tutorial, and on one of the steps, something goes wrong.
My terminal says he doesn't find this file: /usr/local/bin/modem_run
I think this file must be removed during my previous try-to-instal-sessions.

Can someone send me this file?

(by the way: sorry for my English )

I have already tried to install that driver, but I always get the error: pppoe is not complete.
I don't understand the error because I've installed all the pppoe packages.
Exept for the rp-pppoe package because I need cd4 to install that package.

But rp-pppoe is only the grafical interface of pppoe, so I don't think installing rp-pppoe would help.
