using squid -blocking yahoo messenger

Hello

can any body tell me how to block yahoo messenger by using squid, and also by using iptables. i am expecting port no of yahoo messenger.

can any body tell me how to block yahoo messenger to our network abc.com, if the http access is coming through the squid port 3128.
