Using Slax to run Windows-only software

I installed Slax onto a USB flash drive. I installed VirtualBox on it and wanted to install Windows XP on a virtual machine, but I get

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)

When I try to launch it. What do I do to fix this?

Have you build and installed virtualbox-kernel?

You ask google. For example, a search for "virtualbox rc=-1908" brings up tons of documents.
