Using Postfix to deliver email to users in multiple sites

I'm trying to set up Postfix to receive email for a single domain.
Lets call it SCHOOL.COM and to have the emails delivered to the user depending on which site they are at:

Bob@school.com --> Site A
Jim@school.com --> Site B
Claire@school.com -- Site C

Each site has their own SMTP server.
I do not want to forward emails (as the headers and some times the subject/body changes)

The Postfix server just needs to look up from somewhere where a user is, and then deliver the email to the SMTP server at the site where they work. The destination server can be easily configured to accept email to a correctly addressed recipient.

Many Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the pointer....
If I understand correctly, I need to use
user@domain transport:nexthop

I'll give it a go!
