using kppp dialup + phonecard?

Is there a way to use kppp to dialup to a long distance isp and also using a phone card at the same time to avoid ld charges? In windows, there's always netzero/juno as free national dialup but no similar isp for linux. This is just in case I'd need to dialup somehwere away form home. i.e. i'd like to dialup phone card # (800---), press 1 for english, enter pin, then enter 1-areacode+number of isp. thanks.
