using hebrew as second language suse 10


hi
i have suse 10 .i have set first priority language (u.s.english) & secondary languages (danish & hebrew)in :yast-system-language .but i have problem with hebrew :i can read web-sites in hebrew & i can write at hotmail in hebrew but the messages appeared not readable in my friends p.c. in israel .(he uses windows & work in hebrew ,english).
what can i do in order to be able to email in hebrew ?

The www.tldp.org website has a Hebrew how-to. ( Actually a Danish how-to as well. ) I don't know if it mentions how Windows encodes this language. You might consider sending html formatted e-mail.
