I need a dialog style user management software to manage my Linux Redhat Users and groups ..

note: I don't need it web-enabled software ,,,

Any advise ?

Could you be any more specific, or site other software that does this, but doesn't necessarily run on linux.

I think linuxconf is a similar software ..
The Problem is that I have about 30 groups , with about 1000 users , and I need a way to create a lot of combinations between the user and the groups,,
using the web is restricted , so that I have to do all this by only telnetting ..
my request is a software to use dialogs which may be opened with telnet terminal to make this function ..
