usb Os live, files seem to be misnamed

warning I can only spell as good as y spell checker, be polite
I am running fordoa, It seem the usb downloader only did have the job.
Most of my files Look like a mess can I have some help renaming them.

And no I cant re download the Os, the computer I am on is admin locked up the @$$.

Thank you all for the help in advance XD

Edit: Guys I ant a noob, or if I am, I am at the very last stage of noobdome, I have at least a basic, very basic understanding on how Linux and grub work, But I still cant fix and rename some files. menu.c32 used to be the problem but I rename that and it then told me at lode up that kernel image Linux was missing. I can only do this the hard way, the pc I used to make the usb live os, belongs to my friend and he is losing patience and the pc that I am on now is admin locked so bad that you cant do anything.

I'm not really understanding what you are trying to do so let's see if we can clarify. You used a mac computer to try to create a bootable usb/flash drive and it failed, is that correct? If so, what software did you use to do this? The most common ones being unetbootin and pendrivelinux but there are others.

What makes you think renaming files is going to help?

unetbootin
If it not the case then I am out of ideas,
I think some of the command lines might be messed up also, I think this because I been trying to fix this for over a month and digging thue Google for Linux help is cryptic at best, But I also looked at some of the disk image files on google and it looks like there for Powerepc booting.
one of them is macboot and the other was efiboot.

What are you trying to do and why do you think these files are named incorrectly? What are the files named and what do you think they should be named?
What have you done so far? Precisely what steps have you taken, in detail?

You can not change the name of a file by changing its name!
If I call my pushbike a car it does not become a car.
You are trying to install Fedora?
You have somehow (using unetbootin) made a bootable USB stick?
The USB stick does not boot?

if the above are true than you need to stop what you are doing, find a computer with internet access and follow this guide: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to...d_use_Live_USB
