Please advise where can I find a free USB Pen drive/flash drive lock. I have been searching around the Internet/sourceforge/freshmeat.

I have a AVIXE Platinum Drive. They have a software available on their website which can lock the drive, maybe encryted as well. The software is for Windows only. I'm now searching a similar software for Linux.

Hmm - truecrypt has a linux version ... unless I'm misunderstanding you - it will do what you want.
