Uploading a file > than default configured limit

i got this error when uploading a file, but don't know where to configure the file size. anyone can help, really appreciate it. thanks.

Requested content-length of 4779965 is larger than the configured limit of 524288. I have configured php to upload 10 MB file.

System: RH8.0, apache 2.0.40.

found the solution, supposed to go to
/etc/httpd/conf.d/.

edit the php.conf file.

look for the line

LimitRequestBody 524288

& changed it to

LimitRequestBody 10485760

Restarted apache. and it works.
