Upgrading Debian

Hi

I am running Debian 3.0r0 (it says pre release). According to the Debian website, the latest stable release is 3.0r1.

I wish to upgrade to this, so is it simply a case of doing

apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade

? .. or do i have to change the source anywhere, to reflect the new release?

Cheers, i have never done this before and don't wanna muck my machine up!

If your sources for apt-get are all fine that will do. ( so if sources are for stable it will upgrade to the newest stable release of debian).
