Upgraded KDE and lost menu entries

I installed KDE 3.4 and it's working fine from Thac's mandrake rpms.

But now I'm missing some entries. They show up on the menu editor, but not on the actual menu. I have tried renaming and saving the entries and one that i hadn't even touched came back then promptly dissapeared. This happens in both menudrake and the kmenu editor.

I've also ran update-menu and updatedb and nothing.

Thanks!
