Is there any shell command for unzipping .zip archives?
Thank you in advance.

Please try to post in the correct forum in future.

There's unzip if you have Info-ZIP's UnZip software installed. Your distro should have a package for this. If you happen to use Slackware, the package is called infozip-<version> and has both zip and unzip in it.
