Uninstall script

Hi,
I have a chemistry package called Marvinbeans installed on my computer which i want to remove. To uninstall MarvinBeans it says to run the uninstall script located in the bin directory. I have located the script, but can anyone tell me how to run the script?

Thanks in advance,

Tim
