Unable to rip DVD in K3B

Hi Guys

Im using K3B on FC1

Recently got married and Im trying to make some copies of the wedding DVD, have used K3B for copying CDs in the past with no problems, but first time I've tried to copy a DVD, keep getting the following error: (right click movie, click copy then this happens when I select to rip it)

K3B could not mount the DVD device. Ensure that you have the rights to mount the DVD drive and that it supports either iso9660 or udf filesystem.

I didnt think that it was supposed to mount it when not a data cd/dvd? Any ideas? Any help would be most apprerciated, the father in laws expecting me to make a LOT of copies for the families !!!

Cheers

You can mount udf filesysytems, The only disk you don't normally mount are Audio CD's.

make sure /etc/fstab has user as an option for the DVD. and the udf is available as a filesystem something like this

/dev/hdc /media/dvd auto ro,user,noauto 0 0

or

/dev/hdc /media/dvd iso9660,udf ro,user,noauto 0 0

( ofcouse /dev/hdc and /media/dvd will be specific to you ).
