Unable to print an entry in TuxCards

I am using Ubuntu 7.04 (Feisty) on a Dell Inspiron 4100 laptop with an HP Desket 710C attached to the parallel port. Printing from apps such as OpenOffice and Dia works perfectly, however I installed Tuxcards and have been completely unable to print an entry.

When I try to print a Tuxcards entry, I get a window with the title "Setup Printer". The radio button "print to printer" is selected, however no printer is displayed and the OK button is greyed out.

I have tried Tuxcards v1.05, v1.2 and v2.0 and the result is the same on all of them.

I can't help but think that I am missing something completely obvious, has anyone had this problem?

Solved.

Managed to solve this issue:

It would appear that TuxCards is looking for libcups.so and not libcups.so.2. If you make a link from libcups.so to libcups.so.2, you can print.
