Unable to install Apache: Error: mod_accounting.so does not have a corresponding .in

Hi,
I'm trying to install Apache on a debian system, and keep running into this error.

Setting up apache (1.3.29.0.1-5) ...
Error: mod_accounting.so does not have a corresponding .info file.
Error: the above error list does not permit a safe use of modules-config.

I've tried removing apache, reinstalling, updating...everything I can think of and always get this same error.
Anyone have any suggestions?
