Unable to find 3 floppy images disks

I just getting started to build a platform in Linux, and i try to find 3 floppy images which are rescue.bin,root.bin and driver-1.bin which can be downloaded from debian.org but the problem is whenever i want to download it, the server is not found. I'm blank and don't know what is the real problem. and where else can i find the 3 images floppy disk. can someone help me please....
