[SOLVED] Umount permissions for non administrative account

That don't work for me as plugdev is (I think) for HAL

Ok does anyone know how to edit /etc/fstab to where I can mount /dev/sdc1 to /home/user/usb1 with permission that the regular user can mount/unmount with read and write?

If I run id I get
uid=1000(username) gid=100(users) groups=100(users)

Well finally it is solved. Thanks everyone for your input. I had to add this line to fstab:

/dev/sdc1 /home/user/usb1 auto users,uid=1000,gid=100,re,dmask=027,fmask=137 0 0

this definitely means you are not member of plugdev and/or cdrom which was required.
setting mount in fstab is probably not the best way, but if it works as you wish you can close the thread now (is done already).
