Ubuntu and GIMPshop

I am trying to install GIMPshop onto my fresh install of ubuntu/kubuntu but I get problems with a perl module. I was following the guide here: linux.suramya.com/tutorials/Install_GIMPShop/ . I don't think I have the XML::Parser module that it mentions and when I try to install it I get a boat load of errors in the make. Has anyone else tried to install GIMPshop or hoary yet? Thanks a bunch.

ok, so... install XML::Parser.. or am i missing something? were you expecting a better answer than that?

I get error when I try to install the XML Parser and I'm not sure why, I want to know if anyone else who has a fresh install of ubuntu/kubuntu is having the same problem and if they needed to do something special to solve it.

well clearly you should be telling us what the error actaully IS...
