uboot env setting

Hello, I am trying to change my environment in my uboot. but when i do that it is not working see.

Code:

Lange51-New# setenv bootargs_base setenv bootargs noinitrd console=ttymxc0,115200
Lange51-New# saveenv
Saving Environment to SPI Flash...
Environment SPI flash not initialized
Lange51-New#

This is what i get. what will be problem and how to change the env setting permanently.please help me
