Two sound devices, both installed, choose default in Mandrake 9.2?

I have onboard C-Media sound and a SoundBlaster Live! Value card both installed within Mandrake 9.2, but I can't seem to figure out how to pick which one is the DEFAULT device for use in all applications that require sound. Any ideas?

WOW!! I have exactly the same thing with mine. SB Live 5.1 I just went into the mixer and configured it by muting everything out on the onboard module and left SB Live 5.1 hot and saved as default and so far no problems.

If there is another way, I am interested, too.
