two aplication in one pc in diff display


We are develope a low income house solution in Mexico, we need a mini itx via pc with two graphic card, because we need to run two aplication, one in a TV this aplication is like a media center by itnuer, and in the other display a touch screen display to consult differents stuff of the house in the internet
can you help me?
