Cool TVtime television viewer not opening what to do

Sir I installed TVtime in ubuntu 9.10 but it is not opening
terminal is giving this message as follows:
kumar@kumar:~$ tvtime
Running tvtime 1.0.2.
Reading configuration from /etc/tvtime/tvtime.xml
Reading configuration from /home/kumar/.tvtime/tvtime.xml
xvoutput: No XVIDEO port found which supports YUY2 images.

*** tvtime requires hardware YUY2 overlay support from your video card
*** driver. If you are using an older NVIDIA card (TNT2), then
*** this capability is only available with their binary drivers.
*** For some ATI cards, this feature may be found in the experimental
*** GATOS drivers: http://gatos.souceforge.net/
*** If unsure, please check with your distribution to see if your
*** X driver supports hardware overlay surfaces.

I also got a Pinnacle card ..04:02.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7134/SAA7135HL Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01)
now I wish to see tVtime with this Card ,what to do please help me

What is your video card and what driver are you using? If you have an Intel IGP and it display this message, there is nothing you can really do about it. If you have an ATI or NVIDIA, using the propriatary driver will work.
