Tvtime getting slow

Hi, I Used to use TvTime, with an old motherboard intel with CPU
intel Celeron at 600Mhz , with 3 pci's only and with out AGP slot,
My VGA card is a Geforce-2 MMX on PCI.

All was fine with any Distr of linux and TvTime. Until i had to
replace my hardware with a new motherboard named matsonic, and a pentium 4 at 2.4Mhz my memory is 256. And i had tryed Tvtime with
mandrake 9.2 and Red Hat 8.0 And Fedora, But nothing, TvTime
eating frames, its going too slow to watch tv, but xawtv (or any common program) is still fine on >>overlay<< mode only.

i want to keep Using tvtime
i want it much, please tall me. if its fault of any of my hardware
i want you tall me what to change, or what i can do abou that.

I have tryied to do something with BIOS but nothing. still the same
problem, i have tryied to change the slots of my cards,
didnt work eather,

im looking for a solution a long time now,

please help me and sorry for my english.
