TuxNES .75 is missing something. How to i supply this?

I'm trying to install TuxNES .75 on my SuSE 10 box, and when I use make, I get this:
Makefile.am: required file `./depcomp' not found
What package would supply this, or where would I get this file? All I did was untar it to a folder, then go into that folder to go ./configure, make, make install--the usual installation trickery.

An empty textfile 'depcomp' will do.
If you can't compile there is a binary package here :
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat....i586.rpm.html
(I don't know if a suse package exists, and I didn't test the above on suse)
