Turbo Pascal on a 486 Linux

Is it possible to run Turbo Pascal or a similar Pascal IDE in terminal Linux on a 386/486? The norm would be be to just install DOS....but I mean....might as well try something new.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

You could try JED. You can see a screenshot here: http://www.jedsoft.org/images/jed1.png
I haven't used that, but the editor in Midnight Commander or just PICO. Pico is easy to use.
Did a search on google.com and found a referal to an IDE called: Anjuta. Never heard of it, but it's supposedly simple, good and easy to use.

If you search google.com for: Linux Pascal IDE
you should get some relevant info.

I'll be sure to do the google search ASAP. I'm at work right now.

In my country (Dominica) there's a large supply of 386/486 non really in use thought. I acutally no logner have my 486. THat was handed down to someone else....however I'm hoping to access my works stash of old, out of use computers.
