Tshark command

Hi ,
i want to use tshark to save captured data ..
i want it to save it in a certain directory and every x seconds and 5 files so every x seconds Tshark saves another 5 files .

another 5? Is this a ring buffer you're after? If that is the case, you'd use the -b option, with a duration option of 1. "tshark <otheroptions> -b duration=X,files=5" check man tshark for further information.

Ok, so write a script to do it.

Or do you have a particular problem/question?? If so, please post it, along with actual details, like WHAT the problem/question is, version/distro of Linux, etc.
