Trying to install, says I don't have kdelibs3

From what I have read, I have to have it installed since I am running KDE 3.1.0 and all....urpmi says I need to install it. I am running mandrake 9.1.
Any ideas?

There may be a problem with version numbers. Is there a difference between the version number urpmi is asking for and the version number that you have installed?

You can find out what rpms you have installed by:
rpm -qa | sort | less

You can check to see if kdelibs is installed with:
rpm -i kdelibs3
