hey, i am trying to install the traydock plugin for amsn. I am running redhat 8 and when i run ./configure i get

I have imlib-1.9.13-9 and imlib-devel-1.9.13-9 installed and imlib-config is in the /usr/bin directory. any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem...do the following to resolve it...
First check the config.log file for the error message...mine said tht it could not find "-lpng"....so searching for it i came to know tht i needed the "libpng-devel" package to install...so find the rpm for libpng-devel and install it...afterwards start the configure script again...
hope it works...if it does not then check the config.log file for the exact error..

Yahoooooooooooooooo!!!!! hassanjameel1 that totally solved it!!!! I had the exact same problem running RH9 and couldn't solve it for MONTHS!

I was just about to post the konsole errors, luckily I saw this post first !!!
