Trying to create cd from bad cd: Help!

I've got Mandrake 10.0 4 cd set. I found the guy who burned the cd's had a bad batch of cd's. I've had him replace #1 and #2 and got Mandy installed. But I went to make a copy of the cd's for a friend. I find that 3 and 4 also have bad burns. It looks like a physical problem with the cd itself. I was able to save 4 and copy the cd. But #3 is stuck. There are 3 files at the end that just won't read. (xine-ui, xmms-skins and another) Now I can copy all but those 3 files off the cd. Is it possible (if I get these three files and put them where they belong) to either make an iso image of these to match the Mandy 10 #3 cd? I'm just wondering if I can get the volume and disk id to match to the original cd without doing a cd copy. It always gets stuck (either in windows or linux on two different machines) on the xine-ui file and won't finish copying to the iso?
